Ode to my Juicer (Pulping)

Jon bought us a juicer a few weeks ago, and I love it so. Up until I found I was pregnant I was a bit of a demon for diet coke – not so much as I had been and uni not when the lemon flavoured one was around. Since I pretty much stopped drinking alcohol about 2 and half years ago it has been my only vice/comfort (the chocolate stopped in the wake of trying to cut out sugar)

But for the last few months I’ve been staying away from anything that isn’t Fruit juice or carbonated water – or the two together.

I just love the various juice concoctions that they have at Wagamama’s, we have the cookbook which has the juice  recipes in the back. Today however I just threw together what was either on the side and fridge – coming up with a decidedly green concoction of orange juice, 3 braeburn apples, 2 celery sticks and a handful of baby leaf spinach. Now, not it may not sound too appetising, and the colour is interesting but boy did it taste good! I’m hoping that the little one will agree, and give me a break by not kicking my insides so much this afternoon.
