Me v 17 Metres of Fabric…
Finally starting the table runners today…
I was very good and got up before Jon and I was about to get a shower before he did when the alarm went off so let him go first… But at least now I’m up, showered, dressed and so don’t have to play the inevitable game of can I get a shower now or will the postman/something be delivered.
We even managed to have a semi-reasonable breakfast of orange juice and croissants (we bought a box of 13 for £2.00 at Tesco last night). It was so nice to not have toast for a change plus it means I’ve got something nice to go with my soup at lunch time!.
I also learnt a few useful things last night:
- Have jon put the pack of cards in his coat pocket and not the bag that we left in the car when spending 2 hours in the hospital.
- Remember to take more wool and some scissors so I can continue with my crochet while I am hooked up to a monitor.
So here is an idea of what’s ahead of me today…
